Unfortunately, other Samsung Canada’s Galaxy S2 variants like Telus and Rogers, there's no sign of ICS update so far (date of this post). Rolling out an upgrade across other variants and carriers will take time, as far as I know from the start since I started out this blog and compiled all latest firmware updates for the Galaxy S2. So, don't you worry, if you don’t see it yet on your Samsung Galaxy device lately. US variants are also not updated yet, it's a lucky thing for the Bell users for they are the first in Canada can experience the new ICS tweaks.
In some cases, Rogers and Telus will also get an update when AT&T and T-Mobile USA releases a new firmware upgrade. I've been on monitoring and digging Kies server around the clock recently, but still no signs of any ICS firmware for grab.
Here's a brief details of the newest firmware upgrade for Bell's Samsung Galaxy S2.
