Update US Cellular Galaxy S3 SCH-R530 to official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean R530UVXALK5

U.S variants of Samsung Galaxy S3's now already completed receiving its official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean updates. One of the major mobile network operator US Cellular just started rolling out the official upgrade to 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with firmware build R530UVXALK5 on December 21st .  In United States, US Cellular is the last to push the Jelly Bean tweaks for the Galaxy S3  just on the heels of Verizon,  but they still on the track and never let down the support for their subscribers. Bravo for that!
