Verizon Galaxy Nexus Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Official OTA Update Pushed

Verizon has unleashed the official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Nexus. Owners of the Galaxy Nexus should start seeing an official update 4.2.2 Jelly Bean starting March 19, says Verizon. This update has said to seems targets to the camera enhancements and improvements, which users allows to take a 360 degree panorama pictures (the same feature of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 but this gonna be a lot better). The newly added camera apps is called "Photosphere" and it has a built tools in customizing the taken pictures such as adding borders and filters. A new Gesture keyboard and lock screen widget customization has also introduced.

Again, this official Samsung Galaxy Nexus Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update is for Verizon Wireless customers and is available via OTA update (over-the-air). For those who had installed the leaked 4.2.2 earlier and had been experiencing extreme lags and crashes, you better think of restoring back your Galaxy Nexus to official stock provided by Verizon officially.
