  12. why doesnt it look like jelly bean?! why does it look like ICS?! I want the jelly bean look! what should I do?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Go ask Samsung developers and complain it to them.

    ReplyDelete
  14. the look depends on the samsung touchwiz, if you want a more nexus look, flash a custom rom like cyanogenmod.

    ReplyDelete
  15. DroidAngel! I'm not complaining to you! I'm blaming Samsung!
Rasmus1979! I know! I've used a custom Rom by Aroth from Xda Developers. but the problem is that the wifi and bluetooth and also USB does'nt work correctly! Plus the font in File manager part of this Rom is too small. I hope they correct these problems so that I'll never wait for any Samsung update!

  16. I'm not into thinking like that! lol!

  17. Hi Guys,

I had some troubles to upgrade my Tab from 3.2 to 4.1.
let me give your some tips ;-)
    1. Install the Samsung Drivers or KIES (it includes the drivers).
    2. Run Odin in Administrator Mode -> right click on the appl -> Run As Administrator
    3. Be sure to PUSH on POWER ON AND VOLUME DOWN !
at first I pushed on power and volume + .... I was in recovery mode and not in download
mode.... As it was my first upgrade, I didn't know I was in a wrong mode ;-)

I was surprised that the upgrade kept all my settings (wifi, contacts, sms, applications) !
    It's great !

I noticed only 2 negative points after the upgrade :
    - it's not possible to choose anymore the Android Keyboard, we have to use the Samsung one :-(
    - In the browser, the link bar don't disappear after some seconds, so we loose 2 lines in the dispay of the webpage.

Expected that, all is great :-)

  19. i'm so disappointed to the max with the long way waiting JB that really failed me, only few added options that can be found in any custom rom. the big issue in that release is the font. it really bugging me to the shit. i will roll back to ICS . one more thing. ICS is pretty smoother than JB. i really hope that it's not only who has these issues, otherwise i'm illusioning.

    ReplyDelete
  20. any concerns about fonts ? it is so miserable.
i missed too the long press home button that gives quickly the task mngr,
i guess it's just another ICS with a new touchWiz. that's all

  30. Hi there Mohammad, there is no official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean for the Middle East Galaxy Tab GT-P6200 for now. As far as I'm concerned if you can read this post carefully, this is only released in Austria so far. What you need to do is wait until Samsung came up with 4.1.2 jelly Bean for Arab nations.

Many mobiles of samsung having jb 4.1.2
They dont provide a direct button or a widget or link to take a screenshot.
What u need to do in these is as below..

Presss the lock button + the volume down button simultaneously for fraction of seconds and u will notice a 3mm white flash frame on the edge of the whole display.
There u have a notification u have taken a screenshot.
